ELECTRO | The Disco Fries – “Open Your Eyes (Revelation)” [Preview]

The Disco Fries are the American princes of electro and they don’t disappoint with their latest preview “Open Your Eyes.” The most disappointing part about the track is that the full version is yet to be released, but don’t you worry children for the song is coming out soon on Cr2 Records and you can be sure Raw Tracks Music will feature it. The duo continue to release intense electro songs that make any party jump. We love that their music has a unique and recognizable signature, like Dutch progressive with an American electro twist.

Big things appear to be planned for these guys. There’s been a buzz about them launching their own label (Liftoff Recordings?) and we’re quite curious to see the artists they bring on board. Oh and did you hear? The Disco Fries just published their Liftoff 2013 international tour schedule (below) and should be stopping somewhere near you. RTM is planning on hanging out with them at their Chicago and New York shows and hopefully we see you there. Now go search our archives for all their other music.

FESTIVAL | TomorrowWorld – Additional Lineup Announcement

Rumors had been swirling that a new wave of TomorrowWorld artists would be announced yesterday (6/6/13) but there was no official word from the festival. We stumbled upon a post on festivalsnob.com that might just be the answer:

A few weeks ago, the TomorrowWorld social media accounts put a temporary stop to the artist announcements.  Further confirmations were teased for some time in June.  Well, it’s June, and a LONG list of performers have leaked!

As a member of the Bonnaroo forums over on inforoo.com pointed out, an official web-site for Bouckaert Farm has been created.  Bouckaert Farm of course is the land just outside of Atlanta where TomorrowWorld 2013 will take place. On that web-site a “Lineup” tab lists a long list of performers.  Some of which have previously been confirmed by TomorrowWorld, while the majority have not.
