Avicii kicked off his insane Ultra set with this song (with the accompaniment of Miss Molly-donna) and that set the tone for the rest of the hour. Word is Tim created this track in just 3 hours in order to fit it in for an Ultra premiere.
Madonna’s album is at the top of the Billboard charts right now and Avicii does nothing but make her even better.
From what I heard from friends and from what I watched in UMFTV all weekend…ULTRA. WAS. INSANE. But that’s no surprise. Some of my favorite sets I got to stream (although I missed Friday night) were Steve Aoki and his face cake, Hardwell, Avicii, David Guetta (surprisingly awesome), and a couple wild cards in Bingo Players and Cazzette. Check out some of those sets along with a handful of other pieces of greatness below.

I remember when I would be one of the first 20 people to view these. Now I’m in the 300′s within 15 minutes of it being posted. Hot damn!
Cal is coming off a tough loss of his Patriots on Sunday, but you can bet he was loving the halftime show just as much as we were. He loved it so much he decided to take a little Madonna sample for this weeks project.
Madonna shoots back onto the scene in a huge way, and while her song was going to be a radio pop-anthem…it just got some major legs for the club. LMFAO, while they may just stand on stage at the Super Bowl with DJ equipment that isn’t even plugged in, will definitely bring in some new Madonna fans with this remix.
The best halftime show since SB XXXV featuring Aerosmith, Britney, NSYNC, Nelly & Mary J had an equal amount of great features and stepped it up with stage presence, dancing and props. The only problem was that their cameos were too short! But that’s okay because last night was about Madonna’s comeback, and she did just that. Even though she teamed up with LMFAO to sing a song that is now 13.25 months old, it made you smile to see her dance with the Party Rock Crew. Nicki was of course amazing, although they did not user her stage presence nearly to it’s fullest. MIA flicked off the camera, and then Cee-Lo marched out and changed into a sequin mumu. All of this was sandwiched between bleacher break dancers and a high flying tight roping Richard Simmons.
I wasn’t really expecting to be this impressed by Madonna, but I gotta say…SHE KILLED IT! Amazing production throughout. Congratulations to the NFL, you’ve finally revived the halftime show drought since the nip slip.
